LIFE IS PRECIOUS

TDY I STARTED TO THINK THAT OUR LIFE IS NOT REALLY IN OUR HANDS AND EVEN IF WE TAKE CHARGE OF OUR LIFE, THERES SUCH THING AS FATE THAT ULTIMATELY RULE'S OUR DESTINY.I LEARNT THIS THROUGH AN EXPERIENCE OF SOMEONE DEAR.
I FELT THAT THIS POEM SHOULD HELP IN SOMEWAY.

INDIAN MIND

THIS IS NOT A STORY BUT A TRUE INCIDENT THAT HAPPENED IN AMERICA. An Indian man walks into a bank in New York City and asks for the loan officer. He tells the loan officer that he is going to India on business for two weeks and needs to borrow $5,000. The bank officer tells him that the bank will need some form of security for the loan, so the Indian man hands over the keys to a new Ferrari parked on the street in front of the bank. He produces the title and everything checks out. The loan officer agrees to accept the car as collateral for the loan. The bank's president and its officers all enjoy a good laugh at the Indian for using a $250,000 Ferrari as collateral against a $5,000 loan. An employee of the bank then drives the Ferrari into the bank's underground garage and parks it there. Two weeks later, the Indian returns, repays the $5,000 and the interest, which comes to $15.41. The loan officer says, "Sir, we are very happy to have had your business, and this transaction has worked out very nicely, but we are a little puzzled. While you were away, we checked you out and found that you are a multi millionaire. What puzzles us is, why would you bother to borrow "$5,000" The Indian replies: "Where else in New York City can I park my car for two weeks for only $15.41 and expect it to be there when I return'" Aahh, the mind of the Indian..................

TIME is TREASURE

Time diminishes what we require. What pain teaches, we learn perfectly. Each builds a shore around his sea of gladness,Not losing hope, nor giving way to madness,Tougher without, within a little shyer,Yearning always, but settling reasonably.
Often, though, we turn to lovely sadness,Not willing to let go what we desire,Even though we want what cannot be.

FRIENDS

Many people will walk in and out of your life. But only true friends will leave footprints in your heart. To handle yourself, use your head;To handle others, use your heart.

Anger is only one letter short of dangerIf someone betrays you once, it is his fault; If he betrays you twice, it is your fault.
Great minds discuss ideas;Average minds discuss events;Small minds discuss people.
He, who loses money, loses much; He, who loses a friend, loses much more; He, who loses faith, loses all.
Beautiful young people are accidents of nature,But beautiful old people are works of art.
Learn from the mistakes of othersYou can't live long enough to make them allyourself.
Friends, you and me...You brought another friend...And then there were 3...We started our group...Our circle of friends...And like that circle...There is no beginning or end...
Yesterday is history.Tomorrow is mystery.Today is a gift. That is why it is called the present
